tZERO, a subsidiary of Overstock, listed its second digital asset, Digital Voting Series A-1 Preferred Stock (OSTKO) at PRO Securities ATS, a SEC registered trading system. The trading platform PRO Securities ATS is based on tZERO’s security token trading technology.

Dinosaur Financial Group serves as a broker-dealer, hence trades can be placed only through a digital securities brokerage account with Dinosaur. Clearing and custody are executed by Electronic Transaction Clearing, Computershare acts as transfer agent.
Overstock was the world’s first issuer of a SEC-registered digital security in in 2016, named OSTKP. According to the company, OSTKO takes over now.
